Enlist your regional representative to help at employee orientation sessions
With new employees on board within your organization, it’s easy for them to become overwhelmed with the reams of new information about their benefits when they first start.
If your organization hosts employee orientation sessions, why not enlist the help of your regional representative to help explain their HOOPP benefits?
Your regional representative is available for both in-person group presentations as well as webcasting sessions for an overview of a variety of topics such as:
- transfers from former pension plans
- buybacks
- contributing while on a leave
- part-time employees thinking of joining
- part of a broader financial planning session
- self service tools such as HOOPP Connect
- annual statements
- pre-retirement planning
Individual appointments with members are also available following group sessions and are ideal for reviewing a member’s personal annual statement.
