HOOPP’s PA calculator is designed to provide employers with a member’s pension adjustment, or PA (from 1999 to present), based on their annualized earnings and contributory service. HOOPP requires a PA when a member retires or terminates from the Plan. A PA is also required for each member at year-end, for tax reporting purposes.
