When more Canadians have access to a secure retirement, we all benefit. That’s why HOOPP is committed to advancing the conversation on retirement security in Canada.

We believe in the importance of a Canada-model pension plan for our members, their families and the communities in which they live and work. We also recognize that retirement costs are on the rise, and more than half of Canadians don’t have access to any form of collective savings arrangement. Knowing the challenges Canadians face helps guide our efforts in advocating for more affordable retirement options.
