Connect to your future

You're just a few clicks away from entering HOOPP's self-serve website for members and pensioners. Connect to your pension information and perform inquiries and transactions at your convenience! You must accept the terms of use in order to access HOOPP Connect.

Receive your annual statement through HOOPP Connect!

To receive your statement online, choose the Secure Mailbox as your preferred form of correspondence in the Personal Info section of your profile. Make sure that your e-mail address is added and correct under Your Profile in order to receive notification of documents being delivered to your Secure Mailbox.

Steps to Registering on HOOPP Connect

  1. Select « Logon »
  2. Select « Register as a New User »
  3. Enter the last four digits of your Social Insurance Number (SIN) and your birth date (mm-dd-yyyy)
  4. Enter your postal code (you must use the postal code your employer of HOOPP has on file)
  5. Create a User ID (at least 8 characters) and password (4 to 20 characters). Use any combination of letters and numbers, but do not use special characters such as &, etc.
  6. Choose five security questions and answers and click « save questions and continue ». Click « continue ».
  7. Accept the Terms of Use to continue using HOOPP Connect. When you have completed your session, make sure to log off.
