Affidavits now accepted as proof of spouse documents
HOOPP has now included affidavits as an acceptable means of proving the validity of a member's marital status.
HOOPP will also accept either a statutory declaration or a copy of an official marriage certificate that has been issued by the Ontario Registrar General's Office.
