Notice: Canada Post Labour Disruption

As of November 15, 2024, there is a labour disruption at Canada Post. At HOOPP, our members are our top priority and we are working to ensure that they have the information they need in the event of a prolonged disruption. 

Members: To minimize the impact of the strike, we encourage you to upload your documents via HOOPP Connect using the Secure Message feature. If you have any questions or require assistance, please contact our Member Services team at the number below.

Employers: If you expect to submit any information to us by mail over the next while, please make the appropriate arrangements to send us the information before the deadline. You can also send us any documentation via HOOPP Insight secure mail. Please contact your Regional Manager if you have any questions.
