Peace of mind. For all your employees.
Peace of mind. For all your employees.
When you encourage your part-time and other non-full-time employees to join HOOPP, you’re helping ensure that they receive a secure pension that will be there for them when they retire.
Reaching out to your employees for whom HOOPP is optional is a key element of your day-to-day Plan administration. We’ll help you get started, so they can get started too.
We’re here to support you
We offer comprehensive education opportunities that demonstrate the benefits of joining HOOPP, one of the largest and most respected defined benefit pension plans in Canada. This includes:
Group information sessions: A HOOPP representative will facilitate a group session to explain how joining HOOPP can help them earn a secure, lifetime pension plus additional valuable benefits.
One-on-one discussions: A HOOPP representative will provide personal, expert advice and answer questions one-on-one to help your employees make an informed decision about joining the Plan.
To discuss education opportunities for your employees, contact your Regional Manager.
Educational materials: We also offer educational materials and resources that can be customized to meet your needs, including:
- An educational brochure for employees that explains the benefits of joining the HOOPP Plan
