coLab is a new, voluntary space where members can share feedback on HOOPP communications, digital experiences and new ideas before they’re finalized. Once you decide to join coLab, you may occasionally be invited to take part in short surveys, quick polls or simple testing activities.

Your feedback will help us test ideas early and make more informed decisions that reflect your needs. Participation is always optional — you can choose whether or not to take part in any activity.

Uses of Personal Information by HOOPP

Personal information you provide to HOOPP in connection with coLab will be used to administer the program, better understand member needs and interests, and inform the development of future program communications and offerings.

To support these purposes, information you provide as part of coLab will be linked to existing HOOPP member information. This linkage is used to confirm membership in HOOPP and to enable relevant, targeted program communications (for example, to invite members to opportunities that may be of interest to them based on their membership status or career stage).

Participation in coLab is voluntary and will not impact your HOOPP pension benefit, entitlement, or Plan membership in any way. In addition, none of your personal information related to coLab will be shared externally.
