Giving you more choice in how you connect and interact with HOOPP is part of our journey towards providing you with the best member experience possible. We are proud to introduce our latest enhancement on HOOPP Connect for members: online retirement elections. 

This new option was designed with your convenience in mind, to make your journey towards collecting your lifetime pension as simple as possible. It will allow you to submit your retirement election entirely online, without having to download, print, sign and return paper forms. Members who prefer to complete their retirement election on paper will continue to be able to do so. The new online retirement offering will be rolled out in stages to active members on HOOPP Connect starting next year.

It is important to be aware that when you are preparing to retire, you will have a dedicated Member Services Specialist available to walk you through your retirement options and guide you in making decisions that are best suited to your personal circumstances.
