At HOOPP, we are committed to protecting your personal and financial information. As part of that commitment, we are enhancing the security of your HOOPP Connect account with a new, easy-to-use password recovery process. Coming this fall, whenever you need to reset your HOOPP Connect password, we’ll send you an email with a link instead of asking you to answer a series of security questions.

How does this change impact you?

This change will increase the security of your personal pension information and help simplify your HOOPP Connect experience.

To be able to recover your password through the new process, you will need a personal email address in your HOOPP Connect account. If you haven’t added one already, simply follow these steps:

1.   Go to Update My Personal Information on HOOPP Connect.
2.   Scroll down and enter your email address.
3.   Select Update.

By adding your personal email address, you will be able to reset your password easily online. We’ll also use your email address to send you important information and notifications about your pension so that you’re always in the know. If you do not add a personal email address and at some point you need to reset your password, please call our Member Services team for support.
