Our 2030 Strategic Plan sets out a path forward that ensures we continue to evolve and adapt in a rapidly changing world, continuing to effectively serve Ontario’s healthcare workers.

At the heart of our strategy is a new vision that defines our long-term aspiration: building a stronger financial future for the healthcare community. This new vision complements our mission and recognizes our ambition to contribute more to Ontario’s healthcare sector.

Building on HOOPP’s strong foundation, the plan is anchored by three strategic pillars:

• Maximizing the value of the Plan for members by offering the benefits and services that matter most to our members.
• Improving the resilience and adaptability of our investment portfolio through a total portfolio approach that allows us to maximize returns within a stated risk appetite.
• Evolving with the Ontario healthcare community to remain its pension plan of choice, providing a valued benefit to members and employers.
