About Our mission and values

At the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP), we are passionate about pensions and about delivering on our pension promise to over 478,000 members across Ontario.

Our mission and values are more than just words on the wall, they drive our day-to-day focus, frame how we work together in support of our members, and they help us provide our members with a secure and reliable pension for life.

This document provides a simplified overview of HOOPP's benefits based on the terms of the HOOPP Plan Text at the time of publication. From time to time, HOOPP may amend the HOOPP Plan Text. In cases where the information provided in this document differs from that contained in the HOOPP Plan Text, the HOOPP Plan Text will govern.
