Do you want to see how much your HOOPP pension has grown over the past year? Then keep an eye out for your annual statement coming this spring.
All statements will be posted to HOOPP Connect, our secure member site, and members who have elected for physical copies will also receive theirs by mail.
Your annual statement will provide you with all the information you need about your pension. For example:
Want to know when you can retire?
With HOOPP, you can choose to retire and start receiving your pension as early as age 55. Your annual statement shows your estimated pension at different retirement dates based on your earnings and service in the Plan. You can also use the Pension Estimator on HOOPP Connect to explore even more retirement scenarios.
Is your information up to date?
It’s important to review and keep your personal information up to date, including your current spouse and beneficiary information. Check all the details on your annual statement. If any change is required, and you are an active and deferred member, you can easily update your information through HOOPP Connect. Simply sign in to HOOPP Connect and select Update My Personal Information. If you are a retired member, you can update your information by calling us at 416-646-6445 or toll-free at 1-877-43HOOPP (46677), Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern Time.
View your annual statement online
If we have your email address on file, we will send you an email as soon as your statement is available online on HOOPP Connect. Then, you can sign in and select Annual Statements from the top navigation bar to review your statement. It’s that simple.
Retired members should have received their statements by March 31 and deferred members will receive their statements by April 30; these statements will reflect the recently-approved cost of living adjustment (COLA). Active members will receive their statements by June 30.

If you would like to stop receiving paper statements and receive your statements electronically, simply sign in to HOOPP Connect and select Update My Personal Information to change your communication preferences.
