Introducing a gender-neutral option for members
We value inclusivity and know there is strength in diversity. To better recognize the gender spectrum as we serve our members and employers, we are making a change. Coming this summer, we are adding unspecified as a gender
option. Employers will be able to make this selection when enrolling members.
Employers will be able to use HOOPP Insight to make changes for members who want to update their gender information on their Plan records. Members can also contact Member Services.
Reminder: The sign-in page on HOOPP Insight will have a fresh new look!
This summer, we are updating the sign-in page on your secure administration site. Here’s what it will look like:

There will be no changes to the rest of the site. You can continue to enjoy the same tools and features.
