Each May, HOOPP proudly celebrates Nursing Week to recognize the dedication and contributions of all nursing professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs). This year, we’re celebrating Nursing Week with a newfound perspective and even greater appreciation.

Since the pandemic began, we have witnessed the bravery of our members, Ontario’s healthcare workers. While we stay home, you go to work to keep us safe and despite the risks, you continue to show up for us every day. We cannot imagine what it has been like for you and your loved ones. To express our gratitude to all members of the healthcare community for their care and support to keep us safe during this difficult time, we have created a new video, We See You. It is our honour to be the pension plan for Ontario’s healthcare workers, now more than ever. To all our members: your extraordinary efforts are recognized and greatly appreciated. We see you, we thank you and we could not be more proud to serve you.
