In the coming months, we are introducing new features to strengthen the security of your HOOPP Connect account. These features include increasing the password length to a minimum of 12 characters, and implementing new and easy ways for you to reset your password should you lose or forget it.

As we continue to focus on our commitment to protecting your personal information, please note there are a few things that you can do to ensure the security of your HOOPP Connect account. For example, we highly recommend using a long password, as it is stronger and more secure than a short password. Using a longer password is one of the easiest ways to protect your personal information from cyber-attacks.
How to create a strong and secure password
The next time you visit HOOPP Connect, create a new password using the following tips.
- Choose a password that is at least 12 characters long.
- Make your password memorable by choosing a personal statement, such as a favorite song lyric or a sentence like “I Love Spring 1”.
- You can make your password even stronger by using special characters; for example, “1_Love_Spring”.
- Make your HOOPP Connect password unique. Please ensure not to use the same password across different sites or accounts, or share it with anyone else.
How to change your password
1. Sign in to your
HOOPP Connect account with your credentials.
2. From the top navigation menu, select
My Account.
3. Under Security, follow the steps to create your new password.
We also encourage you to regularly review your contact and personal information on HOOPP Connect and keep it up to date. These simple steps can help you continue to keep your information safe and secure.
