    Getting you ready for tax season

    Now that tax time is fast approaching, we want to make sure you have the information you need to complete your taxes on time. We are pleased to announce that your 2019 tax slip is now available online on HOOPP Connect. Tax slips will also be mailed by the end of January.

    To access your tax slip now, please visit HOOPP Connect and follow these simple steps:

    1. Enter your User ID and Password
      Important! If it’s your first time visiting HOOPP Connect, you will need to register. Please select Self-registration and follow the on-screen instructions.

    2. Select My Mailbox in the Tools section and click on the Annual Statements & Tax Slips tab.
